Hi, I’m Dan — founder of Phase 2 Fitness
As a former gymnast and qualified personal trainer, I know how powerful it feels to build strength and achieve things you never thought possible. I created Phase 2 Fitness to help people who feel stuck, intimidated, or stop–start with exercise finally find a way of training that works long-term. Here, it’s not just about the workout. It’s about consistency, support, and enjoying the process.
